Commissioner Joe hails from the South Eastern County of Grand Gedeh. He is a candidate for a PhD in Public Policy Administration and Management from the Walden University in Baltimore, MD, USA. He attained a Master of Science Degree with honors in Economic Development from the Eastern University located in St. David’s, Pennsylvania and a BA Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia. He has worked as Micro-Finance National Consultant at the Liberia Reconstruction and Development Committee (LRDC). He also worked as Economic Development Program Manager at the Social Enterprise Development Foundation located in Liberia. Commissioner Joe has also served as Assistant minister of Labor at the Ministry of Labor in Monrovia. Commissioner Joe is an individual with extensive experience and a strong track record in the management and coordination of large-scale projects/programs, with excellent understanding in Government and donors procedures; experience with donor funded development projects; excellent communication and computer skills; capable of effectively dealing with a range of agencies at all levels; and willing and flexible with work schedules.
